Noah's Game

Joakim Noah is one of those once in a lifetime players, like LeBron, Kobe, and Durant. But the thing that makes me put Joakim higher than any superstar in the NBA, is his work ethic and attitude. Sure LeBron is the 2nd or 3rd best player in the league, but you don't see him diving, yelling, and grabbing 15 rebounds a game. Same goes to Kobe and Durant. They are all talented, no doubt about that, but I just love Noah's game.

Tonight he proved that he isn't worth trading for Carmelo. If the Bulls trade Noah, Gibson, and Deng for Anthony, that gives up about 40 points and 25+ rebounds. Its not worth it. And Joakim showed that tonight. He posted 13 points, 19 rebounds, and 4 blocks and Taj posted 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Also Deng put up 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks.

Noah is the heart and soul of this team, and is the glue that holds everything in place. Another player like Noah is very unlikely to be found.

Rose's Game

When you see Derrick Rose play, you see speed. You see hard cuts. You see cross overs. You see a legend. Derrick in 4 games thus far, is averaging 27.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 8.7 assists. You can argue and say, well its only 4 games. But Rose is showing that he is staying consistent. In 2 consecutive game he has got a career high in assists (13 against Portland, 14 tonight against NY).

These are numbers Rose can stay consistent with. I said before the season started, I think he will average about 25-27 points a game, 5-6 rebounds, and 8-9 assists a game. He IS capable of doing that if he stays healthy. And when Boozer is back and ready, oh my... Rose is going to have another dominant player to pass to. He already has Deng locked and loaded, Noah inside and running the break, and all of his shooting teammates. Rose has elevated his game in such a small amount of time. His confidence is sky high, and he has the capability to take this team to where they are capable of going.

Oh and by the way... Did you get the Memo?
