Game Afterthoughts

I was impressed with the Heat vs Celtics game. It was exciting to see the Heats's big 3 for the first time against the Celtics' big 3. That game had a somewhat playoff type intensity to it. But I saw flashes of LeBron on the Cavs throughout the game. Dwayne Wade struggled all game and Bosh failed to play his best. On the other hand, the C's had great teamwork and ball movement. Pierce, Allen, Garnett, and Shaq all played great, and lets not forget about Rondo's 17 assists. Great game by the C's.

The Lakers game was amazing! Starting from the ring ceremony to the final play at the buzzer. They showed they can play without Bynum and how good they really are. Shannon Brown and Steve Blake both had brilliant performances off the bench including huge shots in the final few minutes. Kobe and Gasol played like the season never ended and Matt Barnes' intensity was amazing. This is why they are going to be at the top of the West and hopefully pull off another 3peat.

I didn't see much of the Suns vs Blazers game but the Suns were ok but Batum and Roy were even better. Nash needs to have the ball in his hands at all times. With the new players they added, they should be able to take Amare's roll.
